Once an enquiry is made regarding a loft conversion, an appointment is made to visit your home at a time convenient to you. A free on site survey takes place to ensure it is possible to convert your loft space and measurements are taken. We then discuss with you your ideas and using our experience we will guide and advise, always remembering that this is your home. Following this a quotation is sent to you within two weeks. It is recommended that you view a similar styled loft and talk to previous customers. If accepted a date is set and an appointment will be made for both Premier Lofts and our architect to visit to make detailed plans. Once these have been agreed by you they will be submitted to the local council for approval.
Once work begins your loft conversion is our only focus. Our tradesmen ensure professionalism and cleanliness at all times allowing your family to continue normal life with the minimum of disruption. All work carried out is inspected by building control at relevant stages of the build; this ensures everything is in order.
Whilst work is being carried out we will be available, at any time, to discuss any questions you may have. We can also accommodate any changes in layout that might arise as the job is on-going. We aim to cater for all of your needs.
