Can Premier Lofts Build Us A Part Loft Conversion?
We have built part loft conversions for many customers. We are also available to guide and advise you on how to complete your loft yourself should you require our help. This option is excellent for customers on a tight budget who want to get fully involved on the conversion.
Can I View Or Contact Your Previous Customers?
Yes! We would strongly reccommend and encourage you to view our previous work (or whoever you decide to do your loft conversion) as well as speak to our previous customers to ensure you are impressed and totally happy with the quality, after all this is a lot of money to spend on a home improvement so you need to be confident in the company undertaking the work for you.
How Do I Know That I Can Have A Loft Conversion?

How Much Does A Loft Conversion Cost?
Each conversion Premier Lofts build can vary in price dependant on its specification. To give some idea a standard velux conversion on a terraced house would be approximately £20,000. Moving on slightly to a full dormer conversion with bedrooms and en-suite bathroom the price would be around £35,000 to £40,000.
Which Areas Do You Cover?
We are available to complete loft conversions in all of Devon and Cornwall. We have also completed jobs as far afield as Dorset and along the South Coast for previous customers.
Will Our Home And Family Life Be Affected?
Most of the materials and work our carried out on scaffolding. When work is carried out internally the greatest care is taken not to disturb your way of living. Dust sheets will be laid down where work is being carried out, and we always clean up behind ourselves.
Am I Required To Contact The Local Authority About My Loft Conversion?
No, this is all done by us and regular contact is made with building control during the relevant stages of your building project.
How Long Does It Take To Complete A Loft Conversion?
The average dormer style loft conversion takes approximately 5 to 6 weeks to construct from start to completion.
Do You Undertake Additional Work For Your Customers?
Yes we do undertake additional work. We have built extensions for customers in the past as well as combi boiler fits, down to extra electrical work (e.g. sockets and switches being fitted). We try to help out as much as we can on every job we undertake.
